Baby's Day-Out !!!

It's Official !!! Welcome Ciara Veronica G. Gopun to the Christian World. The Baptismal Rites was held today at Sta. Maria Parish Church around 9am, then followed by the lunch reception at Al Dente Restaurant. As usual, many of us were there (except for some absentee Ninongs) to taste Vinson's choices of dishes and his forte, "DESSERTS". This pic was taken the last minute before we parted ways, for the reason i was busy eating that i forgot to take a shot :) Note: Hey NiƱo, what do you think you're doing in the pic??? Are you trying to hypnotize Baby Ciara??? I guess that's why she was crying that time.

Happy Easter Everybody !!!

Easter is a time of springtime festivals. In Christian countries Easter is celebrated as the religious holiday commemorating the resurrection of Jesus Christ, the son of God. Traditions associated with the festival survive in the Easter rabbit, a symbol of fertility, and in colored easter eggs, originally painted with bright colors to represent the sunlight of spring, and used in Easter-egg rolling contests or given as gifts.

The Last Supper

Thursday evening was the first day of the Feast of Unleavened Bread. Jesus and the Disciples shared the Lord's Supper. Last Supper, in the New Testament, meal taken by Jesus and his disciples on the eve of the passion. Jesus broke bread and passed a cup of wine among the disciples, identifying himself with the bread and the wine and linking the meal to his impending death on the cross. The meal was an anticipation both of Jesus' death and of the eschatological banquet referred to in several Old Testament passages and by Jesus himself. Christians see the Last Supper as the original of the Eucharist. The Synoptic Gospels depict the meal as a Passover meal. The Last Supper has been a favorite subject of painting.
